I think that that is a situation I would actually have to be in before I could say what exactly I would do. I guess it would depend on how graphic and/or out there kinky it is.

If my spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend had not told me about doing this, I would confront them immediately.  After that talk, I would wonder what else they had kept from me and I would become bitter and suspicious of their every move and I suspect, we would go our separate ways.
