Interest rates can vary by the week or even the day. http://www.depositaccounts.com/savings/ This site has current interest rates for various banks. The interest rates have not been very good lately, but it is definitely better than nothing.

I don't know about the best but I know that Igoonlinebanking has interest rates that beat most of the other bankers.

Almost all accounts are having same interest on saving account but still you check the bank wesite and you will get the information.
