How to do you save emails?

If your email service is AOL, one of the options available is to send it to your SAVED FOLDER. It  is the last option in the category list (the list that you choose SENT MAIL or INBOX).

Thy probably went to the spam folder. Did you check there? They only stay in the Spam folder for a week. Because airlines send so much mail, those reservations very often go to Spam.
