Discuss n's answer to: The sanctity of human life

Believing that all life is sacred comes naturally to most living human beings because they are in awe of the fact that they themselves are alive.   I don't know if a plant or animal sees life the same way as humans do or not, but humans are the thinking animal and cannot help but notice how wonderful all of life is, especially a fellow human beings life.   I think it just comes naturally to them....especially once they have a child of their own.  There are some extremely compassionate souls who cannot swat a fly, they revere life so.  Naturally we know there are those who do not feel as if life is sacred, those are the ones I cannot figure out.
