Check with your pharmacist regarding mixing herbs with each other or other medications. You can usually get an answer over the telephone. Some pharmacists are more knowledgeable that others. Take your cue from how informed they sound. If unsure, call another pharmacist for a second opinion. Very important to check beforehand. Not all physicians are knowledgeable or believe in alternative medicine and even become indignant when questioned about taking something other than prescribed MEDICINES. It's just their ignorance if you encounter this kind of response from a physician. They are outdated.
