s10 pickup: My 1999 Blazer is hard to start after sitting for 30 min or more. I have to put gas in TB to start and it starts asap. Just replaced the Fuel pressue regulator. No change. Perhaps l need to check pressure of the fuel pump or it may need replacing

does it keep running? if so its probably the fuel pump or a leak inside the fuel pump assmbly.
