The history of the mail order brides suggests that most are organized crime or simply wanting to get into the USA. Likely you will be robbed or worse and both will leave you flat after getting a greencard.  That info I got over the years from the Internet, TV, Cable, Radio, and the newspapers.

If it smells like a fish it probably is.
