Roxbury lodge 211 massachusetts medal

"roxbury lodge 211 massachusetts" on the back of a cloissonne medal that I found and belonged to my father with the dates june 15,1886 and september24,1891.The name engraved on the medal is the same as mine and my father and grandfather even though my grandfather wasnt born until 1901. On the front of the medal is the number 50 in the center. Any idea what this medal is for? I believe it is freemason.

How about a picture?  Masons would have their emblem on it, maybe a 50 year mark.
