Why aren't I receiving sent emails to me? You may be right - that does sound like it might indicate a compromised account. Please try calling the US support number at +1-877-786-0722 (Mon-Fri 8am-1am EST & Sat 8am-10pm EST) to get assistance with password issues.
I cannot receive mail with pictures attached What is preventing you from doing so? Are you getting any error messages?
I can send email but I cannot received emails on my domain account. It If this is an older My E-Address account, you would have gotten a message about retaining your custom domain - can you look for that message?
