What can i do roofers really got over on me?

what should i do since a roofing comp. supposedly roofed my house.i asked them not to use there power hamer, so they knocked holes in my roof. they made it worse than it was before. now my ceilings look like there going fall in on top of my family now. i dont know what to do???!!! icant afford to pay someone else to do it, i cant roof it myself & now even the wood is going to hae to be replaced, along w/ sheatrock, instillation,...etc. i cant afford this insurance wont help because they helped last time & they didnt choose the roofers so they say its all on me.
