Probably. The oddball amount of the prize arouses suspicion.  Where did you learn of this "award"?  An email?  According the my spam file, I've been awarded several million dollars this week alone from various "contests" and "trust funds".  It's all garbage.  If you actually win anything from a legit company, they won't send you an email about it.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
