Fifty years ago, the hippie "counterculture" took an identical stand, with the same very nasty outcome.

At least as many hippies died from drug overdose protesting the Vietnam War as died in the prosecution of that war. The difference is that they who marched off to war had a specific goal in mind: to end communist aggression. They who protested it were only liabilities on society and found their way to Canada, where they quickly found themselves in jail, deported, or dead.

Those who sided with communism of course did their abject worst to persecute returning veterans because they sympathized with leftists hence were of doubtful mentation and were clearly heartless.

We have seen that there has been no improvement: gullible persons, blind with hate, still become supporters of utterly worthless leftist causes, realizing fully that they support only barbarians in the process.

Leftists have always supported violence and bigotry.

Dfrogpong, I fully realize that you are a left wing extremist along the lines of Niocola Ceausescu, tried for war crimes in the Balkans. Nothing less will suffice for you, but please realize that your role models were genocidal maniacs, whose lies, racketeering, and absolute greed, made them the most hated abusers in that part of the world since Hitler.

Persons who adopt your extremist view of politics will not endure reason or decency therefore all is permanently settled.

Has it never occurred to you that you are the only person on these boards with such an extreme view? You commit the abuses you claim others commit, yet there is absolutely no evidence that others have done as you obviously do.

It is clear that you are in a desperate panic as you see all that you believe in swept aside by reality and decency. You cannot save your extremist political cult by screaming at people how much you hate them and demand that others hate them too.

Leftist indoctrination absolutely depends on absolute lovelessness, cynical disregard for other people's human rights, and ruthless ambition that justifies any rash act to get what you want.

it is all they understand
violence, hatred, bitterness and cold malice are not virtues
occupiers think that violence on behalf of obama is their duty
occupiers will not sway or intimidate me
maybe they do not understand artists

in 1944 lorraine' gille was a model who fought in the resistance
she distracted nazi guards with slit skirts and cleavage to her navel
this got thousands of jews and allied escapees through
she laid down her life in late 1944 to a german firing squad

no one knows how much torture and rape she endured
the germans were good at losing such records
if she can go the whole way to defend her beloved people
and her homeland from the enemy that managed to seize power
then how can I do any less

Tweekey, let us all pray that America never comes to what Mm'e Gilles' had to do for the French Resistance. She was one of many thousands of women who laid down their lives as heroically as did the men, to rid France of German fascist tyranny.

Even so it is entirely possible that it will happen, considering the neo fascists who back our current failed regime. Frankly I had hoped that death would close my eyes before they ever had to see this sort of horror unfold again.

Whatever comes my way, I will deal with it as best I can. It will be difficult. As you have, I will rise to the occasion.

Tweekey, Obama's bunch have certainly set the bar much lower as time has dragged by. I can't think of anyone who deserves more to be slammed into prison than Obama for his part in this outrage.

Bill, I am also severely disappointed with our leftist contingent. Our self-appointed leftist "thought policeman" Tadpole had a lot to learn about reasoning persons: for one thing, we cannot be brainwashed. One must be extremely weak minded to be subject to brainwashing but that is what Obama and his fascist bunch exploit.

As for myself, allow me to pity weakminded leftists who still froth with hate -- because they are uneducated and paranoid.
