I have this 14k gold ring that I need up sized about 4 sizes.Where should I look to have this done to get the best deal?Any ideas?And any ideas what I should be spending

I would take it to an independent jeweler/goldsmith who can advise you on a potential price. Depending on the thickness of the band and the type of design you may need to have some gold added. If it's just a simple sizing on a basic band it could run you $30-$50 or lower, if you need to add gold it could be more.
