Discuss Bonestructure's answer to: Why is the right wing in all its forms so disrespectful to Prez Obama? Because he's black?

No, republicans are generally disrespectful to any democratic president, just as democrats are disrespectful to any republican president. I'm sure there's some racism on both sides. It's hard to escape prejudices which were taught in childhood. But I would hope the majority aren't racist. Though, in my opinion, being racist is a far more respectable position that being a politician.
