I have the same problem. I will be trying these today. I just looked it up. You can sprinkle a little cornstarch to loosen or small drops of olive oil. Do not use pointed scissors. Be careful using electric razor. Only do this 15 minutes max at a time. Cats just don't have thee patience.  Jody
