Lawbug    Make the corporations pay more taxes.   What a dumb statement.  They don't pay the tax,  you do.   Why can't you get that through you head ?   The cost is only put on the goods and services.    

Mike as it has been said the CEOs pay little amount of taxes but they pay less than the companys they work for as we pay to much for what little we get. The big companys make big bucks and pay little tax on it as with imported goods. but we have to pay big tax bills. Is this fair NO.

Astute tax planning assures that the corporation engages in lines of trade and lines of product that are taxed least, hence are discouraged least.  That is why you pay the extreme high price for cigarettes that you pay while non-smokers pay nothing.

The State of Nevada found that if they outlawed prostitution, the practice flourished.  When they legalized it, and charged about 90% of the gross revenues (sic) in taxes, they could control it, and treat diseases that run rampant through that desultory trade.

We who refuse to take part in that pay nothing.

The problem is that Obama knows absolutely nothing about business, law, or economics, other than how to strategically cripple a nation and leave us open to attack by any hostile power.

Any mindless jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a crew of skilled carpenters to build the replacement and the work of a mortgage banker to finance it.

lawbug    Don't put big companies together with indevidurals.  You better hope that companies make money.  They are the only reason you have a job.  The only reason you may get a retirement, the only reason for your (if you can get it in most cases) health insurance.   Don't worry about companies paying taxes,  worry about fare trade, competition,  anti trust along with how money is used by companies that use public money in the stock market.    You will never hear about this in the public media that is controlled by morons.

I do contract work.  Becky and Linda got me to file a LLC to do business but you know, I still deal on an old fashioned handshake with folks I trust.  If I don't trust you I ask someone I trust to stand gopod for you and that way I don't have to file contractor liens on your stuff we worked on.

I have the ladies do our taxes and they get us scraped less than most other people.  I made 72 deals last year, got 'em all done right, and come back with some good money.  The ladies do their job and we still come back making, well, enough to get by.

I got no hassle with paying my share in taxes.  It is worth it being in a free country.  We lost a lot of freedom cause leftists got a word in edge wise but we still have it real good here.

We won't if Obatso splits the country like he said he would.

What is it up to now.  Augest 12th before you make your own money ?   That is over 50% of your check going to the government,  being city, state or feds. ?    What is a fare tax ?

To me,  consumption tax is the only way to go.   When individuals buy or companies buy someone else's goods or services they need to pay the tax.    All at the same tax rate,  no loop holes and everybody pay's,  rich and poor alike.   This class warfare crap has to stop.   It will and is destroying our country and our children's future.    Everybody is responsibe for taxes. 

Why not pay more taxes as the rich live the life of luxury they steal from the poor and pocket the rest. Let these big companys pay more taxes as they can afford it there big shots don't pay the high taxes it's you and me. As there are to many things on both sides to balance the scales no tax cut's for the rich and big corperations.

When are you going to get it.  Corporation don't pay tax,  you do.   They just add it to your cost.   Without the rich you could not get no job,  have no money for your family to live on unless it is given to you by the government.     It sounds like that is exactly what you are after.   Who ever told you that the scales where to be balanced ?    You must have come from Russia.
