the shoes I previously ordered don't fit and I don't really like them so I want to return them.  Tell me how to go about doing that.

Linda,

    Send them back the dancing shoes and tell them that it does not fit you well.  Send the  original receipt.  Make a copy of that receipt and keep it in your file.
