How important is listing your job experiences on your resume? What if you are a fresh graduate and don't have any job experience? Would it be a big turn off for your potential employer?
Not necessarily. If you just graduated and have no or very little experience better emphasize on your potential advantages: Innovative, thinking out of the box, hard working, original, ..... just few to mention. But, don't fake, say only the truth. An experience person will find out any lie in seconds !.

I have never tossed aside an applicant fresh out of college due to inexperience . There's two schools of thought here . The newly out of college applicant can be molded and tailored to fit your companies needs more easily than the experienced set in their ways applicant . The experienced one usually comes with a higher price tag but normally cost the company less in training time and errors in some cases , they can usually hit the floor running so to speak . Especially in sales they usually have the contacts that comes from years in the work force . With me it has always come down to who I felt would best fit the needs of the position long term .
I have hired some fresh out of college over experienced applicants , usually in position where I felt the company needed some fresh ideals. Again it depends on the companies needs , the position being filled and how much time and effort the company wants to invest in the position or as time to invest .
