Resumes?

Not necessarily.  If you just graduated and have no or very little experience better emphasize on your potential advantages: Innovative, thinking out of the box, hard working, original, ..... just few to mention.  But, don't fake, say only the truth.  An experience person will find out any lie in seconds !. 

Recruiter gives more preference to experience people.So listing of job experience is an important factor in resume writing.If you are a fresh graduate,then focus more on skills,strengths, achievements.

I have never tossed aside an applicant  fresh out of college due to inexperience .  There's two schools of thought here . The newly out of college applicant can be molded and tailored to fit your companies needs more easily than the experienced set in their ways applicant . The experienced one usually comes with a higher price tag but normally cost the company less in training time and errors in some cases , they can usually hit the floor running so to speak .  Especially in sales they usually have the contacts that comes from years in the work force .  With me it has always come down to who I felt would best fit the needs of the position long term . 

 I have hired some fresh out of college over experienced applicants , usually in position where I felt the company needed some fresh ideals. Again it depends on the companies needs , the position being filled and how much time and effort the company wants to invest in the position or as time to invest .

When you show you all previous job experiences in resume than there is no need to describe all overview about job experiences before interviewer. CNA Resume

Yes... you can even tell Recruiters only look for robotic people rather then Talented one, experience ones can get job anywhere anyhow..well...by the way..

You should write all the details in short and to the point, to make it easy to understand ...in short LESS IS MORE...

Lisiting a job experience are important for those who are already experienced. In case of yours you should specify all your qualifications and skills which are very essiential part of your resume. There are lots of sample resumes provided on internet. Also adding a cover letter to your resume will add charm to your resume and show your professional leticates.

If you have relevant experience, it means that recruiter will give you more priority. Taking a fresher for the post and train them is the task that looks sometimes difficult.
