Can't reset password

I am trying to change my AOL password.  I use the same password for several screen names.  I was able to reset the password for all but one name (a master name).  It tells me it is an "incorrect password" when I try to enter the new password, but that same password was approved for all the other names.  Any idea what's going on would be greatly appreciated.
