I am doing a class research project and need your help. Please take a few moments to fill out this brief survey to help understand better the perceptions and attitudes toward Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Additional Details

This is my class project to see what people think about ADHD and their attitudes toward the disorder. The survey was put together on Qualtrics, there is no identifiable information. There are about 10 questions it will take about 2 minutes. There are demographic and ADHD questions. If you have any concerns you may contact. the investigator or the director of the project. You can opt out at anytime. Please help, I'm a University student studying sociology at the University North Carolina, Greensboro. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) seems to be the affliction of this generation of children in the United States.There is no specific clinical cause for ADHD but it obviously exists. So many questions remain to be answered about ADHD.  http://ontasknaturally.com/story/
