"it is impossible, I say, for the human mind not to believe that there is, in all this, design, cause and effect, up to an ultimate cause, a Fabricator of all things"---Thomas Jefferson

Jim, I am unaware of any such ruling as such a ruling would violate the First Amendment by granting atheism an exclusive access to our students, and would violate every law of science by disallowing full discussion of the facts disclosed in Intelligent Design.

More importantly, Republicans are very well educated on the whole and dismiss fraternity pranks like atheism as only so much hot air.  Leftists, to the contrary, are usually so inarticulate that they cannot think independently, therefore they default predictably back to their indoctrination, which renders leftists far less than rational.

iD is a very sore point with atheists because ID disproves every contention of atheism scientifically.  Hence it would be much better for the entire nation that atheism were marginalized as a cult that lacks any visible means of support so that we can resume education that meets all the tests of reality.

To date, atheism lacks so much as one argument that could support it.  It is a ridiculous and dogmatic notion, but since atheist fanatics become violently agitated when we discuss science in an unbiased way, then it may be best to realize that atheism is a only a disabling mental illness that we need to correct before allowing anyone into postsecondary education.

Guard, protect and cherish your land, for there is no afterlife for a place that started out as Heaven. Charles M. Russell, Montana, 1929.

You thought you got rid of me, didn't you?  It is never difficult to outsmart atheists, poor uninspired and deranged people that they are.

This was the case, Bill.  Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District

And Judge Jones, who ruled in the case, was appointed by George W Bush.

Jim. Creatinism is not science. It's mytholigy and folklore.

Hay. You think I'm crazy? You should hear the voices in my head. Those people have issues.

I am a very religious person. Though Pagan, not Christian. I, personally, find creationism to be utterly devoid of any scientific validity, and I think it's completely absurd in the fact that it just completely ignores any facts. I certainly don't think it should be taught in any responsible school, but there is freedom of speech. And I'll fight to defend anyone's freedom of speech no matter how stupid and futile what they have to say may be.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Young earth creationism certainly has no scientific validity but still, there is no reason to prohibit its discussion in a science class. Seems to me that you would want to discuss it rather than ignore it. Fact is, science, evolution and the biblical creation account are not really in conflict and students should be aware of it.

You aren't "free" to disrupt science classes with your superstitious BS. Take it to a class on fairy tales or abnormal psych.
