I know what you mean Kathy. I wish we could do something drastic to make AOL respond to our complaints. It seems useless to report incessantly and see no results, but that is about all the rights we have. They tell me they are overworked by getting about a million reports a (day? week? can't remember now) and that when someone gives up one name and gets another it means that they(AOL) has blocked the person. It's such a tragedy that AOL does not seem to stand behind their own Terms of Use. Erin at AOL and Matt have been helpful to me, but like Neta, their hands are tied. AOL is too big I guess, to be decent. So many have left because of that very reason.
