Can't reply to a message!

why when I try to reply to an email I get:

"Your message was not sent. Please click on the URL below, complete the image puzzle, and then resend your message.
http://challenge.aol.com/en/us/spam.html"

and I do it and get the same message over and over and can't reply to a message

This should only happen when you sent too many mails in a row. This "captcha" only pops us a way of rate limiting and prevent potential missuse by spammers. 

If you did not send to many mails but still get this, make sure to change your password so your accounts doesn't get misused by somebody else.

If I am not sending too many emails in a row and I still get this message, that means I have to change my password? I go the the url and type in the challenge phrase but it still doesn't allow me to send or reply to emails? why is this happening? shouldn't it allow me to send emails after I do what it asks me to do?

If you still get this problem, sign into http://webmail.aol.com and click on the feedback link (bottom of the page) and fill out some technical details. The folks at AOL will try to help you then

I am also having this problem and I have done all the things you requested and it still says the same thing when I try to reply or forward a message. What do I do now????
