I am thinking about getting new windows, but want something I can clean quite easily. The bedrooms are always a problem. Do double or triple panes come in the flip over style?

Yes, you can buy windows that you can flip when you open them to clean the outside.  You'll need to buy "Double Hung" windows which means that both the top and bottom windows open. Some windows don't have this feature such as "sliders" that open left to right.  Simonton windows have this feature but so do many other manufacturers.

You should look for windows that are not only easy to clean but also energy-efficient. Look for replacement windows with the Energy Star label and Comfort 365® glass. They’ll give you long-term savings in energy bills and maybe a tax credit!
