Each state has tenant laws.  I would check with your local state if there is such a requirement in the first place.  Florida Tenant law only requires disclosure for lead based paint.  Here is the link to the Florida Tenant law:

Its sad because I have  toxic black mokd syndrom  and I need to get out of here   but every place I  look at they say I dont  know if there has ever been a floof  or burst pipes .. Most of the time I see  signs  or smell must but if freshley painted I cant smell amything.
