How to remove concrete (surface) stain from old concrete or stucco

How can I remove pigment stain from an existing concrete sidewalk, which was adjacent to a "new-pour", "colored" concrete driveway.  Liquid color was being scrubbed onto the wet concrete, but some of the colored liquid ran, or was tracked onto the old.  Some workers got the wet stain on their hands and transferred the stain to the stucco on the house, also.

Try mixing 20% bleach with water, scrub with heavy broom or brush.  may take several times.  Be careful not to touch the colored concrete.  If you become happy with the cleaning, clean the whole walk and seal it with a good penetrating sealer.
