Go to Control Panel - Windows XP - Remove programs ------Windows 7 - Programs and Features -- If listed their uninstall. Is this a chinese anti virus ?

You need to terminate the malicious process of Disk Antivirus Professional virus as explained here - http://trojan-killer.net/remove-disk-antivirus-professional-virus/

Then you may use the security software to remove it (whatever you prefer).
