Do you remember approx. when that was?  My wife seems to remember that there was also a St. Bernard at the some place, or next door, named Tiny.

Yes, it was in Banning, CA.  The man to taught Pinkie to skate is Charles Hoover.  He owned an outdoor roller skating rink.

This is one of his nieces.
