Why do deaconess wear white dress or white period and cover their head on communion sunday

It's been shown people are influenced more easily by men in costumes. Maybe it symbolizes purity, like a purity of virginity by a wedding gown, or the purity of  a race like the KKK.


It's a symbol of purity and cleanliness.  Communion is when we remember the last Supper and God's sacrifice in the cross to cleanse our sins.  Since we partake God's body and share in his sacrifice we become pure, thus the color white.
