Why do christians worship on wednesday?

They do it any and every day, nothing special about wed.

Some churches hold "prayer meetings" on Wednesday evenings.

Wednesday has no special significance.  I know there are some who believe that Jesus was crucified on a Wednesday instead of Friday.  But apart from that, Christian worship God everyday.  But there is a special day each week which is the sabbath day.  Some believe the sabbath to be Sunday, but the Bible states that the weekly sabbath is the seventh day of the week, our Saturday.

what about pagan ash wed.?most christians worship on pagan holidays past down from the catholic church like sunday,christmas,easter,etc. and dont know it...they worship me in vain teaching the commandments of men and rejecting the the commandments of Yahweh.

we worship God every day, but no one knows for sure when the sabbath is because different cultures have different orders for the days of the week. Hispanics' week starts with Monday and ends with Sunday, while in America we say it starts with Sunday and ends with Saturday.

It would surprise no one that Physicalist and all of his screen names are a little to the far side of reason.  That is why he plays the narrow-minded ridiculous games that all atheists play.  Such tactics are obvious, if not a bit comical (perhaps a bit insulting) but that is why we consider atheists only a shrinking bunch of truly irrational crackpots.

Does it matter that Jesus was crucified on Wednesday?  He was crucified in our place.

Does it matter that He rose from the dead on Sunday?  He rose as prophesied. 

The surlier the bigot, the smaller are the faults he must always find, and that is how small his cell will be when Physicalist arrives in hell . . . forsaken and forgotten for eternity.
