As Christians we believe God is very much concerned with our bodies. After all are not our bodies the temple of the Holy Spirit?

As humans we are both body and soul. One with out the other is not being a human person. Remember we will be united with our bodies at the resurection.

God bless.

Love one another.

The body is connected to your soul, your spirit is here to save your soul.  So there is no more need for this body.  You now have it in spirit, any and everywhere you want.  How dose that sound or not sound.  The choice is always yours.

Our bodies are vessels through which the Spirit of God works, formed out of the dust of the ground as stated in the Bible. And yes it is insignificant without the breath of Life within it. The precious presents within man/woman is Life not soul.
The word soul in the New and Old Testament have different renderings, all depending on the language and word used when translated to the English word soul. The Torah is the Old Testament and was written in different languages, and has used different terms that were generally rendered soul, from the original language Hebrew ne’phesh and Greek psy’khe.
I say all this so you know that the connotations of the meaning soul in most persons are not in agreement with the Hebrew and Greek meanings from which the word came.
The bible does not say that we have a soul, “ne’phesh” is the physical person his/herself, a need for food, our blood, our being. The bottom line here is that the Scriptures show that both ps’ykhe and ne’phesh as used with reference to earthly creatures, refer to that which is material, tangible, visible and mortal. So what we have as stated in the Bible is that God blew into the nostrils of Adam the breath of Life and man became a living soul. This is to say that man became a soul, it does not mean that he has a soul as something immaterial, invisible, and intangible, like so many believe.

One can search every facet of the Universe, but unless one carries that which one is searching for with them, they find it not.
