Historical facts fail to corroborate believer's dogma and the existence of a Christ with supernatural powers. This would and should lead one to seriously question the credibility of your source document that is the ancient Bible. 

NJOY-You may be the child of a fictional god but I know better. Your sweet use of family words do not appeal to the objective scientific thinker. Religious folks like to use emotionally loaded family names that are unwarranted. There is no Father, Mother, Son, Brother and Sister except in church propaganda. It does give the cast of characters a warm and fuzzy feel. This generates faith and belief but not a reality based thinking. My very best to you. Physicalist

Dear Physicalist;

How do you explain Long Island Medium? She is able to "know" only with the guidelines of the departed.

These shows are recorded live, where she works with her clients, and to many of their expressions show real surprise. So is it possible that you have been barking up the wrong tree? Or, can you put forward a reasonable explaination?

Thank you for your input Physicalist, I appreciate the fact that you care enough to give me your point of view on the use of the words I chose to use when posting my answer.  You and I are not so far apart Phys, and never have been.  It is a matter of language.  It is fine with me if you do not choose to acknowledge your energy and concentrate only on your matter.  Energy cannot be seen in the same way as matter.  Realist like yourself prefer to acknowledge what they can physically see.  People who do acknowledge energy tend to be able to personalize it and its various aspects.  I told you months ago, if it makes you uncomfortable to say "God,"  then call the Source of our Being something else....like Energy.  If you honestly believe that humanity as well as our solar system/universe..universes...have no source, that all of it along with us...just happened like some magical....poof...accident...then that is fine with me also.  The only thing is:  My faith is in the Cause of it all, and yours is in?  What?  Nothingness?   Two ways to weigh things:  Something?  Nothing?

I believe you are "something" and I am "something."  You can believe we are both "nothing" but your believing that does not make it so.  It is your belief.  That is different from my belief.  We are still evolved human beings.  I choose to concentrate on the "BE" part and you concentrate on the "NO" part.  We still walk the same earth you and I, we still breathe the same air, we still are able to converse with each other and call each other friends, if not siblings.
