Thank God for Jameslee, the only one posting on this thread that I can count on for a complete and extremely well thought out answer. Thank you so much Jameslee. You've got that Holy Spirit within and you allow it to serve you and others so well. I appreciate knowing you as a friend online.

Thank you Njoy and thank God that we all can serve the Holy Spirit by spreading the Gospel with what ever are calling will allow us. All inspiration is welcome.

There is only one True Calling, One True gospel, the gospel of Jesus Christ, One True Word Of God. One True Lord God and savior, The One True Jesus Christ, Only One  True inspiration.

 

WE do not serve the Holy Spirit, it is the inspiration of the Holy Spirit that allows US to serve God to spread the Gospel

???what is this anonymous thinking?  or smoking? We say the same thing he/she does, but they don't think we use the right words.  Pretty shallow Christianity when you learn by rote, don'tcha think??

Dear Jameslee;

A while back we had a conversation about Salvation, and how we achieve it. You emphasize Faith/Spiritual relationship with HaShem. You are right, but I think these three verses I got from a Christian website may help clarify what I am trying to share with you.

Genesis 15:6  From the Beginning we see that Abraham trusted in the L-RD, and the L-RD considered it for him as righteousness.

Genesis 26:5  Abraham's trust in the L-RD was an active trust that was submissive to the L-RD's Will.

Proverbs 12:22  Active trust, trust that is together with action, is the kind of trust that the L-RD desires.<<<

Trust, Faith, is what He desires, but we are not excused from doing what is right.

Think of it this way; the "T" in trust can stand for Truth. Remove the "T"/Truth, and you have Rust. Trust not founded on Truth shall rust. One reason we are still here, because we trust in the Truth of HaShem.
