Which religion should I convert to?

Njoy Try to understand Paul. He was a leader, he had his methods of command. His persona , or how he was use to doing things. . Having power given to him by Rome then understanding power personally he used whatever means he thought it would work to spread the word. He felt guilty for persecuting Christians and at the same time new he had to make up for all the grief he caused others. Paul never did live with Christ, never had the opportunity to understand the patience of Christ. He basically got knocked on his butt and knew what he was doing was wrong. Then of course along comes Peter to help him out. To talk to him, to make him understand what he was doing and what he had to do. It was not over night that Paul learned what Christ was all about. It was in an instant that he new he was doing wrong but it took time to find out why he was wrong. Paul, rightly or wrongly used the methods that he understood to work. He was dedicated to Christ/God and he used every passion he possessed to spread the word. After all, if a voice from out of the sky tells you in front of others that you are wrong in what you are doing, don’t you think you would have given it a good hard look , I know I would.

Paul was as he always was, a leader. Paul lead by example with conviction and tenacity. That is what he was use to. Because Paul was a leader you can accuse him of using his power for gain. I say he used his knowledge of power to promote acceptance of Christ. Remember, the life of Saul was much better off than the life of Paul. Paul’s influence in the eyes of Roman and the Jewish power diminished completely and he was even feared by Christians who knew who he was. Having what Paul had, giving everything up for Christ. Now that takes faith ! Not politics.

Mike, you can kiss their ass if you want to. I don't hate, ANYONE, but I will NEVER EVER, NEVER, NEVER give in to those who call Jesus Christ a LIE, Gods word a LIE. I will NEVER kiss their ass just to get them to like me.!!!!!

You can't reason with crazy. Anonymous, no matter what name she/he uses, is crazy. You know, a zealot... a fanatic... a nutjob?

I almost expect to see him standing on the street corner next to his shopping cart, Bible in hand, "preaching" to the sinners and exhorting them to "accept Christ and believe!"

It's only one step down from the televangelists.

Dear Mike;

A theology of a religion, as Jews see it, and this of course includes me, cannot be seen as a lie. It is the beliefs of the followers of that religion.

A theology is, in effect, the words of the "master," as the rules of a company you work for is the words of the "master." I cannot work for GM, and follow the words of the "master" of Betty Crocker.

So it is; the Theology of Judaism are the rules of our Master, as he has it for the company of Judaism, inc.. The Theology of Christianity is the rules of Christianity, inc. I cannot follow both "inc.s." as they do have the fact of containing two separate set of rules, some of which are different, if not conflicting with each other. So a person, in choosing to follow one set of rules or the other, has to choose or not be honest with her or himself.

No "ass-kissing" is involved, just that I am either going to follow Sinai contract, or Golgotha contract. No one can do both.

The Hebrew Christians/Jews for Jesus prove this in their statement. It is almost identical with the Southern Baptist statement. So they affirm what I am posting here.

Having said this, there are also many ideas in both contracts which we can affirm and use to work together. That one is in part based on the other is also a good point, but we work well with all religions and faith-based people.

Even the Japanese are looking at similarities between us!

Point is, we do not use the kiss word, unless it is a sincere expression of G-dly love between my brothre and my sister, all over the Land.

Thanks bonestructure, I thought you'd have a pretty good handle on this type of gaming that seems to be so popular these days, and with so many young adults. My grandson's game is doing really well and seems to be gaining in popularity. It is not a video game, but a strict role-playing game, with a deck of cards and a hardcover book that is so heavily detailed it makes my head swim. He worked for 7 years on it and he and his wife are now busy marketing it online and going to conventions promoting it. He has some other games in the works as well. Some old fashioned box games for family night he tells us. Anyway, thanks for answering B. I thought with your line of work, you'd be my best source to ask. By the way, the artwork in my grandson's book is impressive, even to me...one who usually avoids all that furious fighting etc like the plague...lol.

One of the most dangerous and widespread of all those tools is SATANS satanic fantasy role playing game, Dungeons and Dragons.

THEN ivan comes in to agree with her AND her demons..

That's the ultimate (but well hidden) purpose of Njoy and her characters her (demons) faith and jameslee, they are doing exactly what out-and-out Satan worshipers do, they just don't realize it..

They REJECT the TRUE Jesus Christ from the bible The TRUE savior Jesus Christ, The Lord God Almighty, The TRUE WORD OF GOD from the bible,

How did the demons get in her? Through her being INVOLVED with the Grandson and his D & D

Paul had to bring into the fold those nonJews that were involved on the ground in trading with Jews. He had to avoid polarization by making the Jewish Jesus presentations more in accord with his policies. Thus the clear break from the Jews was facilitated forever by Paul. He opened the religion to nonJews con tray to what Jesus originally had in mind for the chosen people.
