The Bible does not pinpoint a specific date. Every generation claims that the end is near. Every possible world event has been interpreted as another sign of the second coming. The bible says the day draweth near. It also says in 1 Thessalonians ch 5:2 that the day of the Lord will come "as a thief in the night". Which, in simple terms, means nobody knows.

Jesus said that no one knows the day or the hour, not even himself, but only the Father knows.He also said that there would be signs to watch for that indicate that his return is soon. I would suggest reading [Matthew 24],the whole chapter, in the bible.I found this to be very satisfying for my own question on this issue.
