It looks like it to me. Millions believe in the most ridiculous and outrageously stupid stories ever told and they don't even think about it. Heck they even reject science because of it.

 Shirley & Marcy

 A mother was concerned about her kindergarten son walking to school.
 He didn't want his mother to walk with him.
 She wanted to give him the feeling that he had some independence but yet
 know that he was safe.
 So she had an idea of how to handle it.
 She asked a neighbor if she would please follow him to school in the
 mornings, staying at a distance,
 So he probably wouldn't notice her.
 She said that since she was up early with her toddler anyway, it would be
 a good way for them to get some exercise as well, so she agreed.
 The next school day, the neighbor and her little girl set out following
 behind Timmy as he walked to school with another neighbor girl he knew.
 She did this for the whole week.

 As the two walked and chatted, kicking stones and twigs,
 Timmy 's little friend noticed the same lady was following them as she
 seemed to do every day all week.
 Finally she said to Timmy ,
 'Have you noticed that lady following us to school all week? Do you know
 her?'
 Timmy nonchalantly replied, 'Yeah, I know who she is.'
 The little girl said, 'Well, who is she?'
 'That's just Shirley Goodnest ,' Timmy replied, 'and her daughter Marcy .'
 ' Shirley Goodnest ? Who is she and why is she following us?
 'Well,' Timmy explained, 'every night my Mum makes me say the 23rd Psalm
 with my prayers, 'cuz she worries about me so much.
 And in the Psalm, it says, ' Shirley Goodnest (surely goodness ) and Marcy
 (mercy) shall follow me all the days of my life', so I guess I'll just
 have to get used to it!'

 The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you,
 and be gracious unto you; the Lord lift His countenance upon you, and give
 you peace.

Yup. i am getting use to it, too. i had the same discussion with my mother, but she did not have Sherrly to walk behind me, just her.

Yo, Njoy.  No body knows God as well as us bikers.  You can feel Him riding with you any time you are on the road.  Get out and away from the crowd and you feel someone over your shoulder but you can't see who it is.  That feeling never leaves you.  Only fools deny it.

 

It is the same feeling you get when someone is staring at the back of your head in a room.  You just know to turn around and look straight at the person who was staring at you.  You never have to guess who it is either.  You know as clear as you know your name and if they deny it you can see that liar's wrinkle on their forehead.

 

Atheists run whore houses and drug dens cause they can't make money any other way.  Atheists are too lazy to work and too stupid to learn.  People with morals don't go to whore houses, so atheists go wild with hate every time we don't buy their hookers or drugs or booze or lies.

 

That is why atheists go wild with hate every time we do what we should.  Christians walk on by their whore houses instead of spend money there.  That scares atheists really bad.  That is ALL there is to atheism.  Nothing else at all.

Harley, I know what you mean.  Several of my closest friends are bikers.  Bikers no longer have the hoodlum image they had in the 50s.  My friends are Real estate broker; President's of companies; Funeral Directors and ministers....many ministers of churches.  Yep!  Great people who love to ride.  Lot's of charity rides ... out there doing good works for the Lord.

Tadpole-Njoy, since when did you ever ride a motorcycle?  I haven old Honda 350 in the barn I ride on the property but I'll bet that is bigger than anything you have ever ridden -- and it's tiny!

Hey guys/gals...we've been without power for 70 hours.  Blizzard hit our area and still 1300 in our immediate area are without.  So, the old Ogre and i are just trying to catch up with all of you.  Yes, my brother had a beautiful Harley way back in the 60s and I rode it....never have driven a bike myself...other than a cousin's Schwinn back in the early 50s...

I find that if I don't walk to work and use a hand cart to go to the garden and the store I just don't get enough exercise.  I have a friend with the local Lutheran Church.  He is a farmer and uses his tractor to maintain my herb garden for me. 

 

At my age I can't till this rocky ground with a shovel and hoe but his tractor makes short work of it.  He used his rock hound to remove most of the big rocks from the garden and then he brought in 60 cubic yards of horse manure from a friend's stable and tilled it in so nicely!

 

He thinks I am silly for reading the Tarot but he is Christian all the way through so it never bothers him that I don't believe what he does.  The main thing we both believe in is love, so that is good enough.

 

Atheists find love absolutely terrifying so they do anything they can to eliminate love of every sort from everyone.  Atheists cannot do anything other than to eliminate love.  They use any lie or game to do this.  There is absolutely nothing too low for atheists to do it to eliminate love and decency from everyone.

 

Where you see love, God is there.  Where there are atheists, God leaves them to suffer alone.

 

That is why atheists hate people so much.  It is all they ever did well.

Mystic, How are your daughters?  You were traveling and away from home a lot you said earlier.  For what it's worth:  Please do not play around with Tarot cards.  I don't think it is spiritually a healthy thing to do.  I may be wrong, but for now, that's my advice to you.
