Tell her you would like to make your relationship better and see what she says.  She may be satisfied with the way things are and may not even know you are not happy.

You know, I realize it's a really radical idea, but I think just being honest and expressing how you feel is usually the best way to start talking about a problem with someone. I know, call me weird.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Hi Kaylelne, Not only did you change your name, but you also changed the question you asked which we answered regarding getting along better with your sister.  As far as this current question goes, about being addicted to Yahoo answers, I'd say, Just enjoy your time spent there and allow only so much time for that addiction.  In other words, do not stay on Yahoo answers longer than say 2 hours at at a time.  Or 15 minutes or 4 hours.  Just make yourself have a time limit for Yahoo Answers.  Good Luck.
