AOL's new Registration Page is throwing out Error ...

AOL's new Registration Page is throwing out Error Code 420.

 

This is about AOL's new Sign-Up page. We used to have this link working fine --
https://reg.my.screenname.aol.com/_cqr/registration/initRegistration.psp?lang=en&locale=us&createSn=1&sitedomain=my.screenname.aol.com&mcAuth=%2FBcAG01vZVIAAK9AFIFcXk1vZY4IpW186wCEnjQAAA%3D%3D

But it has been broken for 2 weeks now and we found out that this is the udpated link for new AOL account creation --

https://new.aol.com/productsweb?ncid=txtlnkuswebr00000054&promocode=825329

There's one problem though. Upon hitting Sign-up Button at the last part of the registration process,
we are getting the following error:

Error code 420

We confirmed that this is not an internal issue but wide-spread AOL issue. Could there be some issues on
the sign-up page? Is there any ETA for permanently fixing this error?
