I am a registered nurse specializing in fusion nursing

I have been looking for a full time, with benefits, for over 18 months. I have looked for 18 months. I do work for two home health care companies that are good to me, but not permanent employee.

Please let me know. I do not have my bsn in nursing which makes alot of difference in applying to hospitals for employment.

Any suggestions or info you can relay would be most appreciated.
