How to sue someone who wont give me a refund. I ...

how to sue someone who wont give me a refund. I ordered a program on making money from home. They claimed that if i was not 100% satisfied, I would get an immediate refund. I e-mailed them 4 times with no response. I called them twice and they said someone will call me back. well it's been 2 weeks and noone has called yet. I contacted the online BBB and they were no help to me. Does anyone know what i can do?

Posting the name of this website here and on other websites (Google scam) would be a start.

I am not trying to be cruel, but this is fairly cheap insofar as education goes. I do not think that you are going to get your money back.

Jay gave you some good advice. One other option you may have is to contact your credit card company and file a claim with them also. It may take some time to collect this way but often your credit card company will issue a credit.

Be sure to also post the name of the company here and on many of the scam buster websites available.
