Redundant questions

Can anyone come up with an idea how to solve the problem with redundant questions? There is for instance a question "How will Yedda make money?" and a question "How yedda make money?" and someone might ask tomorrow "What is Yedda's revenue model". Maybe something like "merging redundant questions"?

There must be some administration/moderation, that will be based on reader's reports and similar wording. If the questions have over some percentage of similar words or reported as such, the moderator should then be looking into each case... Something like that.
