Can I recover sent mail that was deleted June 2010?

If you deleted the mail, then unfortunately it can't be recovered.

I did not delete it. I was the victim of either a hacker or a virus. All of my sent mail was deleted and a virus email was sent to everyone in my address book from my email address. This happened in June and it was not due to inactivity that the messages were deleted.
