There are 16 ounces in a pound, so there will be a decimal involved.
Figure about 5 and 1/3 ounces (5 x 3 = 15 and the remaining ounce divided in thirds).
By the way, as a general rule there are 2 cups in 16 ounces...
There are 5.3333333333333333forever3s in 1/3 puond.
try sixteen divided by 33.5.
5.33333333333333333333333333! Imperial that is!
If you are dealing in medications, then why not use grammes? Or gold........troy ounces............I think it is a silly question really. If you are that concerned, stick in 5 or 6 ozes! If it is arsenic you are using on your worst friend, then just stick the most in!
well 1 over 3 . so 1 third . you see that there are 16 ouncees in a lb. so , 16 / 3 . you get 5 . 3333333 . so there are about 5.3 ounces in 1 third of a lb and if im wrong blame my teachers
