Im no fancy cook, how about something with red beans and rice.  Pulled Pork, cheese and chilli sauce does that sound gross? and Id be eating lots of enchiladas, lol.  Good luck with that.

To use chili sauce with meat loaf you have to mix 1 tablespoon chili sauce with all the ingredients. I have listed the steps below:

  • Mix bread crumbs and milk; let stand.
  • Make the onion in skillet in the butter.
  • Combine bread crumb mixture, onion, ground beef, egg, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, salt, pepper, curry powder, and ginger.  Blend well.
  • Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking tray
  • Spread a thin coat of mustard, ketchup, or chili powder over the loaf.  Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs.
  • Bake meatloaf at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

I think you are a chili lover.  Recently I have visited a website which is all about chili recipes. I hope will fall in love with just as I have: http://www.chili-everyway.com/how-to-cook-beef.html
