I have been recieving disability benefits thru the railroad retitement board since july 2003. My husband became pernmanently disabled in 2008. He receives Medicare coverage but I am told that I don't qualify for medicare. Could this be right? My entire monthly check goes to paying for medical insurance for myself. Does anyone know what I should do?
