Discuss Rick Barnett's answer to: I recieved an e-mail stateing I won serial #91485300942133/ref.uk/7942x5/24/batch#024/09/zy357 is this a fraud

Every week I get another 50 or so offers from Nigewrian corporations that promise to send me huge sums of money, if I send them back a small amount of it, before the check can clear their bank.

The bank says they will not accept these checks for deposit anymore because the Nigerian corporations have been robbing Americans of their life savings.  Nigeria is so corrupt that they think nothing of that and to them it is routine business.  So is kidnapping, extortion, graft, and bribery.

I hate to consider what these frauds will think up next.  Basically, if it seems too good to be true, it is too good to be true.

Anyone who departs from honesty, makes false promises, or lies, does it for a reason.
