Not receiving e-mails

I try to send e-mails to my address from the data base software zenplanner.com that we've used for 2 years. All of a sudden none of my e-mails go through.  The company has tried everything but still unable to get my e-mails through. They are not in spam or being blocked anywhere I can control. Can you please help? my address is: kwonbb@aol.com.

From the AOL postmaster site: This error message is indicative of a block due to successive dynamic blocks issued against your IP address. Get approved for a complaint feedback loop before opening a support request .

Something similar I had couple weeks ago and unfortunately I couldn't solve the problem. Only some days ago I ran into an interesting tool on the Inet, which to my surprise settled those issues, perhaps it will be usable for you - recovery pst .
