OMG Cindy - I think you need to find the 1-800 # for mobilemoneymachines.com and talk to them in person. You can prove from the bank transaction that you paid in full, and hopefully it was just a typo or power outage while your transmission (to join) was in processing, and they are waiting for you to contact them.
