If a realtor will not acknowledge a Black Mold prolbem on a property, what can a buyer do?

The buyer, if he has a brain in his head, will not buy a property with mold. He will then find a new realtor and report the old one for trying to hide a known defect, which is illegal.

Black mold isn't just illegal not to report, it's a serious health hazard that needs to be dealt with before the house can even go on the market.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.
