i got one of their letters in the mail today, seemed suspicious so i tried to find out about them online. when i searched for "central award distribution" all i came up with was your question, so i searched under "woarewards.com" which was mentioned in their letter and that is when the hits came pouring in. anyway here is a link for you to read all the experiences with this company...and yes it is a scam... http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/WOARewards_com.aspx
